This Privacy Policy explains what information Gigston processes when you use our Telegram Mini App, website, and related services. Gigston is designed around Telegram identity and non-custodial TON wallets — we aim to collect only what is needed to run deals and protect the platform.

By using Gigston, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in this Policy.

• Telegram profile data — such as Telegram user id, name, username, language, and avatar, provided through Telegram Mini App / Login flows. We process Telegram data only to the extent Telegram makes it available to Gigston.
• Deal and job data — job posts, applications, deal title and description, budget, timeline, participants, and status history stored to operate the product.
• Wallet addresses — TON addresses you connect or use for escrow funding and release.
• Technical logs — limited diagnostics and security logs needed to operate and protect the service. Where available, these may include browser or app information, operating system, request timestamps, IP-related metadata, and device identifiers.
• On-chain data — escrow transactions and contract state are public on TON by design.

• Operate deals, escrow workflows, and notifications in Telegram.
• Support dispute handling using deal records available in Gigston and communication with the parties when needed.
• Detect fraud, prevent abuse, maintain security, and debug incidents.
• Enforce our Terms of Service and related policies.
• Improve product reliability and clarity of the user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations when required.

We do not sell personal data. We do not take custody of your private keys or escrow balances. We cannot “see inside” your wallet beyond addresses and public chain activity you interact with through Gigston. Our backend does not independently move escrow funds; escrow actions are driven by wallet signatures and smart-contract rules.

We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, databases, and similar services needed to run the product), with people involved in resolving a dispute when a dispute is opened, and with authorities if legally required. Counterparty users on a deal naturally see deal-related content associated with that deal.

Gigston does not share personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We retain account and deal records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, and maintain security. We may retain data longer when required by law, to prevent fraud, or to protect Gigston’s legitimate interests. On-chain escrow history cannot be erased from TON. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Despite those measures, no system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your Telegram account and wallet credentials.

Data may be processed in countries where our providers operate. By using Gigston, you understand that transfers may occur subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

You can disconnect wallets, limit what you post in deals, and stop using the Mini App. Where applicable under law, you may contact us to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of off-chain personal data we hold about you. We may update this Policy and will revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be signaled in-product or on the website.
